Get the official ISO file directly from Microsoft:

This is a Volume License (MAK) key, not a digital-license key — it activates by entering a product key, not by signing in with a Microsoft account.

Install Windows 11 Pro normally on each PC.
Go to Settings → System → Activation → Change product key.
Enter the MAK key we sent you. Each install uses the same key — it counts down from the 20 activations included.
Windows validates the key online against Microsoft's volume activation servers automatically.

If a PC has no internet access, run slmgr /ipk <your key> then slmgr /ato from an elevated Command Prompt instead of the Settings app.
