1. Overview
MCAKey LLC sells digital software license keys delivered electronically by email. This refund policy is consistent with standard industry practice and applicable consumer protection regulations, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU. We stand behind every key we sell — if something goes wrong, we fix it.
2. No Refunds on Delivered Keys
Once a license key has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout, it is considered received and is non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether the customer has attempted activation, changed their mind, or decided they no longer need the product.
Digital license keys cannot be returned the way a physical product can. By completing a purchase on MCAKey, you acknowledge that the product is a digital license key delivered by email, and you waive your right of withdrawal upon delivery — consistent with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable US consumer law.
3. When a Full Refund Is Available
A full refund will be issued in one circumstance only: your license key was not delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation, and our support team was unable to resolve the delivery issue.
If your key has not arrived within 2 hours of purchase, contact us immediately via live chat, WhatsApp (+1 716 306 4665), or email ([email protected]). We will investigate and resend without delay. If delivery has not been completed within 48 hours despite our efforts, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 3 to 7 business days.
4. Key Replacement Policy
If your delivered key does not activate correctly, we will replace it at no charge — provided all of the following conditions are met:
You report the issue within 7 days of your purchase date.
You provide your order number and a description of the error or activation failure.
The key has not been successfully activated and then deactivated or transferred.

5. Before Contacting Support
If your key has not arrived, please check your spam or junk folder, verify the email address on your order is correct, and confirm that payment was successfully processed. If all of the above are clear and your key has not arrived after 2 hours, contact us immediately.
6. Consulting Services
Fees paid for consulting services are non-refundable once the consulting work has been delivered. This applies regardless of whether the client agrees with the outcome, proceeds with a purchase, or attends a scheduled session. If a paid session is agreed upon and the client fails to attend without prior notice, the fee remains non-refundable.
7. EU Consumer Rights
EU customers have specific rights under Directive 2011/83/EU. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been made available where the consumer has given prior consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase on MCAKey, you provide this consent and acknowledgment.
