How to Use This Help Center
Every guide follows the same structure: what you need before you start, the activation steps in order, and what to do if something goes wrong. Most online activations take under 3 minutes. Phone activations take around 5–10 minutes.
If your product requires phone activation, the guide will tell you. You will also find the Installation ID and Confirmation ID steps explained clearly — including our free online tool that skips the phone call entirely.
Guides are available in six languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.
