Everything MCAKey sells is delivered digitally by email — no shipping, no customs, no waiting on a courier regardless of where you are in the world.

1. Overview

MCAKey sells digital software license keys exclusively. We do not sell or ship physical products. Every order is fulfilled digitally — your license key is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. This digital delivery policy explains how the process works and what to do if something does not go as expected.

2. How Digital Delivery Works

Once your payment is confirmed, your license key is sent to the email address provided at checkout. The email contains your license key, basic activation instructions, a link to our support resources, and your order number for reference. There is nothing to download from our site, no account required to receive your key, and no physical item to wait for.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery: Within 15 minutes of payment confirmation in the majority of cases.
Maximum expected: 2 hours from payment confirmation.

If your key has not arrived within 2 hours, contact our support team immediately. Do not wait — the sooner you flag it, the faster we resolve it.

4. If Your Key Has Not Arrived

Before contacting support, check the following:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder — search for emails from [email protected].
  2. Verify the email address on your order is correct.
  3. Confirm that payment was successfully processed.

If more than 2 hours have passed since confirmed payment and your key has not arrived, contact us via live chat, WhatsApp (+1 716 306 4665), or email ([email protected]) with your order number.

5. Delivery Guarantee

If your key has not been delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation, and our support team has been unable to resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details. We do not consider an order complete until your key is in your hands and working.

6. Correct Email Address

The email address you enter at checkout is the sole delivery address for your order. MCAKey is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address entered by the customer, emails filtered by spam systems, or a full mailbox. If you realize you entered the wrong address immediately after ordering, contact support as soon as possible.

7. International Orders

Because MCAKey sells digital products only, there are no geographic restrictions on delivery. We serve customers globally with no shipping fees, no customs delays, and no import duties regardless of your location. Customers are responsible for ensuring the software they purchase is compatible with their region and operating system.
