Install and Activate Office 2021 on Mac – Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to install and activate Microsoft Office Home & Business 2021 on your Mac:

Step 1: Visit Office Setup Page

Open Safari or any web browser and go to setup.office.com. Click “Get Started” and sign in with your Microsoft account. If you don't have one, create a new account.

Step 2: Enter Product Key

Enter your 25-character product key from your email or physical card and click “Next”. Click “Redeem” to verify your key.

Step 3: Download Office

Click your profile icon → View Account → Order History. Find your Office Home & Business 2021 order and click “Install”. On the next page, select Office Home & Business 2021 and click “Install” again. Allow download if prompted.

Step 4: Install Office

Double-click the downloaded file (~2.87 GB). Click “Continue”, accept the software license, select “Install for all users”, and click “Install”. Enter your Mac password if prompted. Wait for installation to complete.

Step 5: Update Office
